Pricing You Can Actually See

No appointment required to hear a number. Here's exactly how we price, and the photo you text gets you an exact quote in minutes.

Load pricing

Junk removal is priced by how much space your stuff takes up on the trailer. Simple as that. These are our starting ranges; your texted photo gets an exact number.

Load SizeStarting AtRoughly Equals
Minimum / Single Item$125One couch, one fridge, one mattress set
Quarter Load$225A bedroom set or a small garage corner
Half Load$350A single-car garage cleanout
Three-Quarter Load$475A large garage or small apartment
Full Load$575A 2-3 room cleanout

Items with special disposal fees

Some items carry facility recycling or tipping fees on top of load pricing. We quote these as line items before we load, never after.

Ways to save

Curbside pickup runs 20 to 30 percent below full-service when you stage everything outside. Donation-eligible items can reduce disposal costs, and we pass that along when it does. Property managers and contractors get volume pricing on recurring work.

Pricing questions

Is the price you text the final price?

Yes, as long as the pile matches the photo. If we arrive and there's double the stuff, we'll re-quote before touching anything. No surprise math at the trailer, ever.

Do stairs or long carries cost extra?

Standard in-home carries and one flight of stairs are built into our pricing. Unusual access, like a third-floor walk-up, just needs a mention in your text so the quote is right the first time.

How do you compare to renting a dumpster?

A dumpster sits in your driveway for days and you do all the loading. We load everything, haul it the same day, and for most residential jobs the total cost lands in the same range or below once you count your own labor.
