The Process

How an estate sale actually runs, start to check.

Four stages, typically two to four weeks, one team the whole way through, from the first walkthrough to a check in your hand. Here's exactly what happens.

How a sale runs, start to check

1

Free walkthrough

We tour the home, flag anything that looks genuinely rare, and give you a straight-talk estimate before anything is touched.

2

Pricing & promotion

We photograph and price every room, and start marketing your best pieces, including to specialist buyers if something rare turns up.

3

Sale weekend

Friday full price, Saturday 25% off, Sunday 50% off. Card and cash both accepted, every sale logged as it happens.

4

Settlement: house empty

Anything with resale value moves into our next warehouse sale. We haul the rest ourselves, same day. House empty by Sunday night, itemized check within two weeks.

2–4 wks

Typical time from your first call to a check in hand. Smaller estates can move faster; large homes with a lot of collectibles sometimes take longer to price correctly.

What's handled for you

You don't lift a finger, or price a single item.

Pricing & staging

Every item in the house gets priced: furniture, kitchenware, tools, closets, the garage. Rare or valuable pieces get a second opinion first.

Marketing & foot traffic

Listed everywhere serious shoppers actually look, with real photography, included in the commission, never an add-on.

Cleanout & payout

No upfront cost. We're paid out of the sale itself. House empty and market-ready, itemized check within about two weeks.
